Applied to the three visible sides of the slat, this concept veneer provides you with a great looking finish without the cost of solid timber. Available in a variety of finishes: Woods, Solid Colours, Textures and Metallics.
When a project requires a rustic weathered effect finish, we can produce the slats out of solid timber with a lovely distressed finish. We produce these in various colours, including, white, white washed, and clear lacquer.
For projects that require a Solid Timber finish, we can produce the slats out of beautiful solid timber in many different species so the finish can match with other surfaces as required.
Matched to almost any colour, our spray paint finish gives you the ability to have your slats in almost any colour. We typically work to colour references such as RAL and NCS, and spray in matt, satin or high gloss onto our factory-applied base layer.
Where the project requires a Natural Timber finish, we can produce the slats in many veneer species so the finish can match with other surfaces as required. We can stain the slats if required to achieve the right look.
When designing the Headquarters of a large Water Services business, the designers were briefed to create a visually appealing and enjoyable break out area. Supaslat was used with a custom “water ripple” design to reflect the client’s core water delivery business, and was installed with a concealed fixing system.
The creative design of this project required something different for the restaurant of this popular venue. We produced Supaslat in a Walnut Supasurface-2 finish with a custom profile size, and delivered the panels pre-sized to ensure the lovely effect flowed from wall to wall.
The clients of this hotel called for an interior concept that complemented the maritime theme, so they selected our Supaslat ceiling in driftwood finish to achieve this. The acoustic performance of Supaslat also addressed the amplified noise problems they had been experiencing.
The fit-out of this Government office needed an acoustic ceiling that not only looked good but was also able to provided concealed access. Supaslat in the Solid Timber option was selected as it minimized the noise levels in the office and provided concealed hatches for access to services.
